Job Purpose:

We are seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Kenyan re-commerce start-up. The chosen applicant will be in charge of managing partner stores, increasing marketing presence in-store, and boosting sales and revenue.   • Regional Store Managers for Partner and Open Market

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Store Management:

  • To guarantee a solid and cooperative alliance, cultivate and maintain relationships with partner stores.
  • In order to maximize the positioning and visibility of reconditioned cellphones, collaborate with partner stores.
  • Give store employees continual assistance and instruction in product knowledge and sales strategies.

Sales and Revenue Numbers:

  • Reach and surpass the company’s sales goals.
  • Find and seize fresh chances for sales inside the designated area.
  • Put into practice successful sales techniques to increase revenue.

Marketing Visibility within Stores:

  • Work together with the marketing group to guarantee that products are effectively visible in partner retailers.

Qualifications:

Marketing Visibility within Stores:

  • Implement successful in-store marketing initiatives.
  • Measure the impact of marketing efforts on sales and brand visibility.
