Job Purpose:
We are seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Kenyan re-commerce start-up. The chosen applicant will be in charge of managing partner stores, increasing marketing presence in-store, and boosting sales and revenue. - Regional Store Managers for Partner and Open Market
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Store Management:
- To guarantee a solid and cooperative alliance, cultivate and maintain relationships with partner stores.
- In order to maximize the positioning and visibility of reconditioned cellphones, collaborate with partner stores.
- Give store employees continual assistance and instruction in product knowledge and sales strategies.
Sales and Revenue Numbers:
- Reach and surpass the company’s sales goals.
- Find and seize fresh chances for sales inside the designated area.
- Put into practice successful sales techniques to increase revenue.
Marketing Visibility within Stores:
- Work together with the marketing group to guarantee that products are effectively visible in partner retailers.
- Put in place in-store marketing campaigns to raise brand recognition.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline.

Marketing Visibility within Stores:
- Implement successful in-store marketing initiatives.
- Measure the impact of marketing efforts on sales and brand visibility.
