POSITION : TELE SALES TEAM LEADER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervising/monitoring team members in carrying out their expected daily duties.
  • Preparing/ Reviewing daily and weekly report that shows the performance of tele sales
  • agents for the management.
  • Monitoring tele sales agents hourly call report to ensure all team members meet the expected make-call/connected target se and conversion rate target.
  • Oversee team members to ensure Sales target are consistently met.
  • Educating/training tele sales agents about the products and services of the company for upfront presentation to the customers.
  • Create good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results.
  • Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills.
  • Handling questions about products of the company.

Job Requirement

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Commernce Finance or Related.
  • Prior experience of at least 2 years as a team leader or a similar position.

Experience in Cash loan will be more considered.

  • Good managerial skills to lead the team successfully.
  • Excellent presentation skills to convince customers about new products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify gaps in skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analysis skills.
  • Good marketing skills to make high sales.
