Students from France and other countries who are finishing their engineering bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) and want to expand and enhance their knowledge in green innovation are the target audience for our English-language Summer Schools on BIM for Sustainable Construction and Green Innovation. PhD and master’s students are also accepted. To participate in the program, one must have a B1 English proficiency and demonstrate strong academic achievement in the foundational scientific areas.

Call for Application
The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology is pleased to inform the general public about the commencement of the application process for the 2024 Summer School on Building Information Modelling (BIM) for Sustainable Construction, to be held in Paris, France, from 8th to 19th July, 2024. This program, organized by CESI Engineering School, aims to provide participants with invaluable insights and practical skills in BIM while fostering discussions on sustainable development. Program OverviewÂ
The Summer School offers a comprehensive curriculum focusing on BIM and its application in sustainable construction. Participants will engage in practical projects, workshops, and visits to relevant sites to deepen their understanding of BIM methodologies and its role in driving sustainable development initiatives.
Program Highlights
- Practical projects on BIM for sustainable construction
- Immersive experiences including 3D modelling and AR/VR applications
- Site visits to explore the impact of climate change on urban water management
- Exploration of Parisian architecture and cultural landmarks

Program CostÂ
The cost of participation is 1000 Euros per person, inclusive of tuition fees, teaching materials, and cultural visits. Kindly note that accommodation, living expenses, insurance, and visa fees are not included in the program fee.
NB:Â Please be aware that each individual will be responsible for these participation costs. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania will not offer any type of funding for individuals who will have the chance to enroll in these summer course. Applicants are urged to secure their own funding sources to pay for all costs.
