Applications are now open for the following Training Programs: –

SCHOLARSHIP COVERAGE

The entire cost of training under this scheme, including the return international airfare, tuition fees, accommodation, emergency medical treatment, book allowance and study tour will be borne by the Government of the Republic of Korea.

APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY

• Should be a Public Servant,  
• Be under the age of 40 generally or as specifically required by the University,
• Should have 2 years and above working experience in the relevant field,
• Applicant must have a strong command of English, both in speaking and writing,
• Must have Bachelor Degree holder,
• Be in a good health both physically and mentally, 
• Applicants with disabilities, but in good mental and physical health are eligible to apply,
• Applicants with severe illness are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply
• An applicant who has successfully completed a master’s program funded by KOICA or any other Korean government scholarship is NOT eligible to apply for the KOICA Master’s Program,
• An applicant who has cancelled their KOICA master’s program is NOT eligible to apply for the KOICA Master’s program,
• The application forms should be typed (typewritten) in English with the applicant’s original handwritten signature,
• Applicants must seal KOICA documents and the photocopy of University Documents separately i.e in different envelope, and
• All applicants must read very carefully each program information and must ensure all university documents are notarized.
• English Proficiency is required.

APPLICATION MATERIALS REQUIRED/SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:

1. Complete KOICA application form,
2. Complete University application with required documents for the given university,
3. Permission letter from the applicant’s Employer addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Public Service Management and Good Governance, 
4. Graduation Certificate, 
5. Academic Transcript, 
6. Recommendation letters from the applicant’s supervisor or professor with signature and seal as per University requirement,
7. Curriculum Vitae in English,
8. A photocopy of current Passport,  
9. All certificates must be notarized by the certified commissioner of oath, and
10. All applicants must download the excel sheet attached with the advertisement which contains list of documents required for the application. The list contains KOICA and University documents required.

• Please open file of the respective Training Program fills in (typing) then print and submit to this office on hand or through posting before the deadline on 07^th February, 2024.
