TANZANIA RAILWAYS CORPORATION (TRC)
Tanzania Railways Corporation is a Public Institution established under the Railway Act No. 10 of 2017. The main objective of TRC is to provide rail Transport services and to develop, promote and manage rail infrastructure.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In order to help sustain the commercial works;
- To support marketing and promotional efforts;
- To support consumers’ or outside agencies’ visits;
- To support the gathering and assembling of data regarding both freight and passenger travel;
- Must closely examine the accuracy of the data obtained from the stations;
- To aid in gathering and organizing client complaints;
- To support the monitoring of passenger and freight sales performance and guarantee effective customer services;
- To support pursuing new business and keeping hold of current clients; additionally
- To carry out any additional relevant tasks that supervisors may prescribe.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
A diploma from an accredited institution in business administration with a marketing concentration, entrepreneurship, or marketing. It is required to be computer literate.
