Key Purpose:
The primary goal is to address customer queries, monitor competitors’ products, offer feedback on market situations, oversee beer quality in the market, and suggest interventions to the Team Leader. Additionally, the role involves the development of new business avenues and fostering relationships with retailers and customers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and communicate distributor volume targets daily.
- Ensure distributors adhere to model stocks for all brands and packs.
- Achieve all relevant sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the assigned area, including pricing, availability, and visibility.
- Conduct weekly visits to retail customers in the area.
- Ensure the sales team is presentable at all times, taking action against non-compliance.
- Deliver after-sales service.
- Establish communication channels to build strong relationships with customers.
- Provide timely feedback to customers and management on matters of concern.
- Promptly respond to customer queries.
- Maintain a presentable appearance at all times.
- Possess all necessary trade documentation consistently.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Diploma in marketing/business field is an added advantage.
- Disciplined and hardworking.
- 1 year of experience in marketing and distributing fast-moving consumer goods.
