Key Responsibilities
- Understand Customer and Merchant demands regarding Telecom and MMO services (USSD menu, SMS, SIM Card, MMO payment collection and disbursement).
- Based on market demands, summary Use Cases and develop Business Proposal to fulfill it.
- Building strong relationships with the Telecom, MMO, Banks, Switch, PSP, Regulators, Associations.
- Work with the partners to get the best service with good commercials.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor services to inspire the business, improve current product and service.
- Working as Project Owner closely work with internal and external Partner teams (Business, Products, Tech, Operations, Settlement, Reconciliation and Compliance) to fully delivery project results.
- Developing and executing strategies for growing and sustaining company’s vibrant culture.
Qualification & Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree qualification in Business or IT or Computer Science related field.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in Telecom and MMOs for BD/Partnership/Product roles.
- Extremely result-oriented, realistic and reliable, able to work with aggressive timelines with multi-tasks.
- Positive attitude, great interpersonal, business negotiation and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial and ownership mindset.
- English must be professional working level.

High Preference will be given to candidates from Telecom companies.
