ICAP at Columbia University, a leader in global health located inside the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University in New York City, is looking for exceptionally qualified individuals for numerous roles as Strategic Information Officers, with a Geita, Tanzania basis.
The Strategic Information (SI) Officer is in charge of overseeing all database-related duties and queries, data entering, and reporting at the district level. They also create data analysis presentations for the district and submit district data to the SI Coordinator and District Program Lead. Supervising electronic data entry and cleaning paper forms from field work, following up with health facility registries for referral and linkage tracing and verification, and providing outreach workers with supportive supervision on Strategic Information matters are among the duties of the Strategic Information Officer. Additionally, the SI Officer facilitates facility-level data gathering and reporting. They will collaborate closely with the program’s other participants and the strategic information teams.
