Sales Force Executives are required in the following Regions : Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Tanga, Manyara, Singida, Mbeya, Njombe, Rukwa, Songwe,Tabora, Katavi,Kigoma, Kibaha, Lindi, Mtwara, Bagamoyo, Zanzibar, Dodoma, Iringa, Morogoro,Mwanza, Geita, Kagera, Simiyu, Mara and Shinyanga.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Insurance Bachelor’s Degree, Insurance Diploma, or Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP)
- Professional credentials
- a certificate in marketing and sales or a similar discipline
JOB QUALIFICATION

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Find and get new clients.
- Oversee market information and research, and develop new product concepts for the market.
- When trying to convince clients to purchase general insurance plans, make sure your presentations are truthful and correct.
- Prioritize the needs of your clients while providing them and their dependents with timely, compassionate care.
- Maintain sufficient and pertinent documentation.
- Report to the unit manager on the targeted monthly growth of both new and existing business.
- Organize and participate in monthly service meetings with clients, and follow up on service inquiries.
- Reach predetermined goals for both new and renewal revenue.
- Arrange client renewal appointments and lead renewal discussions.
