Job Vacancy: Sales & Marketing Representatives

Job Purpose

Selling the Company’s portfolio of products across customer segments, including B2B and B2C, creating and implementing necessary sales strategies and activities to ensure accomplishment of defined targets for the assigned territory.


  • Generate sales leads and follow up on closed sales deals.
  • Increase product awareness and expertise among existing and/or future customers through sales presentations.
  • Engage with consumers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Build and maintain healthy connections with present and potential customers, as well as other stakeholders in the industry, to improve business development and growth.

  • Provide valuable feedback to the R&D team for product development and enhancement.
  • As a team member, spearhead customer service excellence by resolving client concerns.
  • Contribute to planning promotional activities and events to improve sales success.
  • Monitor important sales KPIs, compile and deliver sales reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

Key requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in business, sales, marketing, or related
  • Excellent career track with at least 5 years of work experience in sales or equivalent areas.
  • Prior familiarity with building/construction materials is strongly appreciated.
  • Excellent selling ability, skills, and knowledge.
  • Well-groomed sales professional, with high integrity, trustworthy, and friendly
  • Motivated and driven by results, attention to detail, self-starter, and systematic application.
