Job Location: Head Office, HQ
Job Purpose: This position is essential to maintaining smooth, uniform communication experiences and enabling bank staff members and contact center representatives. In charge of creating, implementing, maintaining, improving, and debugging enterprise-class audio, video, data, and collaboration systems while guaranteeing outstanding efficiency, strong security, and ongoing progress.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all unified communication hardware and equipment (such as servers, routers, switches, TV screens, collaboration endpoints, etc.) are operating at peak efficiency for users at the NMB Head Office, contact center, and branches.
- To support the ongoing enhancement of the user experience, carry out in-depth research and provide well-founded recommendations on unified communication products, services, protocols, and standards.
- To find areas for improvement and put the right improvements in place, keep an eye on network performance and perform regular performance analysis.
- In order to maximize network infrastructure and facilitate future expansion, assess and suggest network hardware, software, and services.
- To support management decision-making, periodically provide reports and capacity & forecast planning statistics.
- Create an access policy in consultation with management to ensure that everyone is using the unified communications services in an appropriate manner.
- Create and update spare part lists, keep an eye on stock levels, and make sure that every essential component for unified communications systems is always on hand to fix problems and meet emergency needs for the corresponding zones, branches, and headquarters networks.
- The documentation for the bank’s whole unified communications infrastructure should be created, maintained, and updated on a regular basis to reflect changes for both active and passive devices.
- Examine and assist in improving the current infrastructure for unified communications by doing recurring hardware and software upgrades.
- Planning, creating, executing, and overseeing large-scale unified communications projects; keeping track of unified communications hardware (voice, data, and video) and configuration items within the bank; reviewing service provider contracts, enforcing SLA compliance, validating bills, and reconciling them for more cost-effective management.
- Collaborate with technical teams from vendors and contact centers to identify and cultivate prospects for Cisco Unified Communications design, installation, and support.
- To guarantee the smooth integration and alignment of network solutions, work together with cross-functional teams from IT infrastructure, applications, and security.
- In charge of VoIP and contact center system design, staging, configuration, implementation, and maintenance, as well as any required configuration installs.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of bank services and products
- Advanced troubleshooting and network support knowledge
- Comprehensive understanding of LAN/WAN standards, protocols, and technologies
- Cisco Enterprise Unified Contact Center Technologies
- Strong familiarity with QoS design and operation, telecommunications protocols and standards, voice and data infrastructure tools and services, and switches and routers for video, data, and voice.
- Understanding of Cisco MCU, voice gateways, content servers, VCS controller, and VCS expressway; audio and video conferencing backend systems
- It is necessary to have knowledge of H.323, SIP, E.164, and other video conferencing protocols, communications, and standards.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.

- Both time management and leadership abilities
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with staff and outside organizations in a clear, courteous, and confident manner.

- Be a cooperative team player who inspires and informs your teammates, particularly the level 1 and field support personnel.
- The capacity to oversee vendors, contractors, network service providers, and other parties.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, information technology, computer science/engineering, or a similar discipline.
- CCNA Enterprise and CCNP Collaboration must be in active status.
- Additional Network Professional credentials are beneficial.
- Three years of technical experience with Cisco, including design, implementation, and support of Cisco UC systems.
- Practical knowledge of fundamental ACD and IVR solutions
