SELF MF is a Limited Liability Company by Guarantee incorporated in Tanzania under the Companies Act, 2002, with registration number 112091. The Treasury Registrar is entirely owned by the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To supervise the upkeep of computer hardware and network performance, as well as connection in resolving hardware faults and related technical issues.
- In partnership with the Software Developer, verify that the Software Program is properly upgraded, and that reports match the organization’s requirements and needs.
- To provide installation and training services to other software users;
- Consult with computer users to determine the key services and service levels required to maximize the usage of their computers and related equipment.
- To ensure that computer hardware, software, and communication infrastructure are routinely maintained;
- To ensure that the Local Area Network (LAN) is operational and that all users, including branches, are connected to the network;
- Upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems must be scheduled and implemented.
- To guarantee that all ICT systems, including anti-virus software, print services, and email providers, work well.
- ensuring that software licensing laws are followed;
- Analyze and make recommendations on internal ICT system growth;
- To instruct SELF MF personnel on how to use and maintain Internet and other communication devices so that they work properly.
- Programming activities include system design, process documentation, and computer and peripheral equipment operation.
- To prepare ICT progress reports on a regular basis;
- To manage the local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN);
- To ensure that the company’s computer architecture is well planned and capable of providing NetWare services. and
- To carry out any additional duties as given by his/her superior
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, or equivalent certification from a recognized university.
