Job Description:

To expand our team, Smart Codes is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Account Manager. The Account Manager will be in charge of establishing and preserving trusting bonds with customers, comprehending their business requirements, and making sure that digital solutions are delivered successfully. The perfect applicant will be passionate about technology, have outstanding communication abilities, and have a track record of accelerating business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and preserve a solid rapport with clients by serving as the primary point of contact for any issues pertaining to accounts.
  • Recognize the prospects, difficulties, and business goals of your clients. Then, provide pertinent digital solutions to meet their demands.
  • Work together with internal teams from digital strategy, technology, design, and development to make sure projects are successfully completed on schedule.
  • Serve as a reliable resource for clients, offering advice and recommendations on best practices, digital trends, and industry insights.
  • Create and deliver insightful performance summaries and reports to clients on a regular basis, emphasizing important accomplishments, KPIs, and areas for development.
  • In order to increase brand exposure and create new business relationships, represent Smart Codes in trade shows, conferences, and networking gatherings.
  • Develop and implement successful advertising campaigns by being proficient with digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and so on.
  • To optimize client campaigns and increase return on investment, apply your strong analytical abilities to understand data, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and extract actionable insights.
  • Use digital analytics and reporting platforms to monitor and assess client success metrics and campaign efficacy, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or comparable systems.
  • Participate in the development, distribution, and promotion of content as part of content marketing strategies and tactics to further client goals and enhance brand recognition.
  • Engage in dialogues and projects related to brand strategy, using your knowledge of branding principles to offer insightful commentary and suggestions.
  • Use project management techniques and tools to efficiently oversee client campaigns and projects from start to finish, making ensuring that deliverables are made on schedule and within budget.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline.
