Vacancy: Bank Officer at KCB Bank in Tanzania

To perform the operational functions related to the cash area including cash/non-cash transactions and provides a superior service level to all customers.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Comply with the established goals by accurately processing each counter transaction.
• At accordance with bank SOPs, provide consumers alternate routes to lessen traffic at branches.
• Cross-sell goods in accordance with the needs and potential of customers while maintaining their core competencies and service standards, helping the branch meet its KPIs.
• Respect the bank’s guidelines for average wait and service times as well as the productivity statistics.
• To fulfill customer satisfaction and achieve customer joy, efficiently handle client requests and report any issues to the Head Teller/SQC Manager.
• To guarantee optimal management over the cash balance, keep the counter free of both excess and shortfall cash.
• Observes all applicable departmental guidelines, protocols, SOPs, and directives to ensure that work is completed in a regulated and uniform way.
• Keep up regular, consistent, and professional attendance, timeliness, grooming, and compliance with pertinent health and safety protocols.
