JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Welcome, greet, and converse with guests.
- Respond to all inquiries from clients and take care of their grievances.
- Respond to any incoming calls and reroute them as necessary.
- Take in letters and packages, then forward them to the right place.
- Get ready and handle outgoing mail.
- Examine, arrange, and distribute emails.
- Keep an eye on your workplace supplies.
- When necessary, place supply orders.
- Keep an eye on and update documents and files.
- Keep track of and record office costs and expenses.

REQUIREMENTS :
- extensive familiarity in customer service and communication techniques
- outstanding proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
