Job Description
The employee in question will handle administrative tasks related to the d.light sales department. makes use of expertise to guarantee that every salesperson has the tools and supplies necessary to complete their work. meets with sales staff to discuss new sales strategies or ways to enhance the company.
- Operational Support
- Assist in coordinating the creation and implementation of sales plans, making sure that all expenses are met and a return on investment is realized.
- In charge of setting up and overseeing all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales review meetings; keeping track of all agreed-upon action items to guarantee closing,
- EC assistance with all matters, such as creation, validation, and weekly stock monitoring
- Coordinate with the National Training Manager to ensure team training is completed and keep the team informed about changes to the business.
- Make sure field crews receive the necessary tools for their jobs.
- Control commissions on sales review across channels: administration and analysis of data, initiatives, ranking, and sales commissions; follow-up with finance on prompt payments of teams’ daily commissions and incentives; and daily, weekly, and monthly (weekly regional support + monthly reconciliation).
- addressing and managing complaints by sales personnel,
- Organize cross-zone multi-channel administrative support.
- SOP and Compliance
- Make sure that appropriate KYC is completed and accurately recorded each day.
- The development and application of policies as necessary,
- Daily quality of sale and upsell inspections
- Maintain process control for field assessments, audits, and sales team and SEP training.
- Fleet Management
- Gasoline management includes making ensuring all vehicles have gasoline that has been authorized, creating and dispatching cards, and resolving team issues as they come up on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Prompt daily checking of motorbikes and vehicles.
- Reporting
- Fleet reporting (weekly/monthly), team support, and ROI reports
- Daily and monthly reports, such as hourly sales (daily), upsell reports,
- Weekly/Monthly Sales Presentations
- KYC Reporting: Once every three days.

Requirements
- Three to five years’ worth of sales and/or sales business analysis experience,
- A relevant bachelor’s degree from an accredited university,
- Proven performance in business operations, analytics, and sales
- The capacity to comprehend high-level business plans, convert them into requirements for systems and processes, guarantee local execution, and assess the impact on business,
- Extremely analytical with a track record of using data analysis to derive important business insights,
