As a Housekeeping Attendant you are responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas as instructed by Supervisors while adhering to Hotel policies and procedures.
- Gather daily assignments and keys before setting up a cart and enough supplies to carry out assigned responsibilities quickly and without delay.
- Maintain, tidy, and restock guest rooms in accordance with the hotel’s standards of performance.
- In accordance with the hotel’s safety regulations and standards of performance, maintain, clean, and restock bathroom amenities.
- When cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms, make care to tidy and arrange guest things to maintain compliance with the hotel’s Leading Quality Assurance standards.
- To ensure guest happiness, let Valet Service know to gather guest clothing for pressing, dry cleaning, or laundry.
- To maintain a polished and orderly appearance, maintain and clean the service areas, service pantries, and guest hallways.
- To maintain general facility upkeep and maintenance, report any maintenance-related issues to the Engineering Department.
- To ensure courtesy and visitor happiness, take into account the wants and expectations of guests when operating in public areas and guest rooms.
- To safeguard the health and safety of both visitors and staff as well as to preserve and protect the environment, do business in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
- Respect the health, safety, and environmental rules and procedures of the hotel.
