NECTA Registration of Independent Candidates (CSEE AND FTNA) 2024 Form four results 2023 / form two results 2023. THE NATIONAL EXAMINATIONS COUNCIL OF TANZANIA (NECTA)
The Executive Secretary, Tanzania Examinations Council informs all those who expect to take the Form Four Examination (CSEE) and Form Two Assessment (FTNA) November, 2024 as Independent Candidates that;

- The registration period will start on 01/01/2024 with a fee of 50,000 shillings/= for CSEE registrants and 10,000/= shillings/= for FTNA registrants and will end on 29/02/2024. In addition, those who register late from 01/03/2024 to 31/03/2024 will pay 65,000 shillings for Fourth Form Candidates (CSEE) and 15,000 shillings for Second Form Test Candidates (FTNA) if it is a standard fee plus fine.
- A candidate who will register to take the Fourth Form Examination (CSEE) 2024 is the one who repeats the Fourth Form Examination (CSEE) or has taken and passed the Knowledge Test (QT) in a period not exceeding Ten (10) years ago or has taken and passed Second Form Testing (FTNA) in a period not exceeding Ten (10) years ago or with equivalent qualifications obtained from abroad and compared by the Tanzanian Examinations Council.
- A candidate who will register to do the Second Form Test (FTNA) is the one who seeks the qualification to do the Fourth Form Test as an Independent Candidate.
- Registration is done online, following the following steps;
- (a) Reach the Center where you expect to take the Exam to get instructions from the Head of the Center regarding the registration of Independent candidates.
- (b) The Head of the Center for Independent Candidates will enter the reference number of the Candidate in the registration system to obtain a ‘Control Number’ for payment of the Examination fee.
- (c) The Head of the Center for Independent Candidates will assign you a ‘Control Number’ so that you can make the payment to the Bank. The candidate will make the payment of the examination fee to the Bank using the ‘Control Number’ assigned to you. The Examination Board makes and receives payments through NMB Bank, CRDB or NBC.
- (d) Return to the Head of the Independent Candidate Center to register for the Examination you wish to take. Come with all the documents required for registration, which include a photo, a list of subjects to be registered, the shadow of the birth certificate, a phone number and other information that is important for registration.
- (e) After the registration is completed you will be given one copy of the form to be kept by yourself for reference. The second copy of the form will remain at the Center where the third copy of the form will be brought to the Examination Board.
