Position Title	BILLING OPERATOR
Employer	Jubaili Agrotech Group, (JAG)
Experience	1- 3 year
Location	Dar es Salaam

Primary Purpose:

This position is responsible for Managing, implementing and monitoring of billing services including Reports. Stock Billing Operator is responsible for the management of petty cash payment and posting.  This position also manages and implements policies and procedures.

Key Priorities and Duties:

1. Operations
   • Maintain the organizational Stock billing performance monitoring system
   • Maintain a Policy and Procedures Manual
   • Prepare papers and documentation for stock billing operations.
2. Accounting & Finance,
   • Petty Cash Payment and Posting.
   • Receiving LPO’s. Posting Sales Orders.
   • Posting Delivery Orders. Cash box payment.
   • Handling of Office Maintenance i.e. purchasing of stationaries and Kitchen.
   • Making Invoices and Filling.
   • Opening and Closing IOU.
   • Transfer In and Out Transfer Between warehouses.
   • Other Duties assigned by supervisor.

Selection Criteria:

Essential

• Experience in Accounting & financial Management
• Experience in Billing System I.e. Dolphin
• Basic IT / computer literacy skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem‐solving skills.
• Demonstrated cultural respect and understanding of issues facing culturally diverse communities
• Capacity to work flexible hours, including weekend work when required.

Desirable for all posts

• Demonstrated experience in working with socially excluded communities and awareness of issues facing Culturally diverse communities in regions such as East Africa.
