Responsibilities:
Installation of GPS Devices:
- Install and configure GPS tracking devices in many types of automobiles with ease.
- Ensure that gadgets are correctly placed for best usefulness and performance.
- To ensure the effective operation of GPS equipment, troubleshoot and fix any installation issues.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct extensive quality tests after installation to ensure GPS devices are working properly.
- Repair any flaws or problems as soon as possible.
- Implement best practices to guarantee that installed systems are reliable and long-lasting.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Keep detailed records of all installations, including device specifications and customer information.
- Produce detailed reports on installation activities, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
- Develop standard operating procedures for installation processes in collaboration with the team.
Customer Interaction:
- Effective communication with clients is required to explain the installation procedure and resolve any concerns.
- End-users should receive basic GPS system training.
- To improve total customer satisfaction, cultivate positive relationships with clients.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance to consumers who are having problems with their GPS gadgets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve challenging technological issues in collaboration with the technical team.
- Keep up with GPS technology improvements to provide knowledgeable technical advice.
Safety Compliance:
- During all installation processes, follow all safety measures and standards.
- Put in place safety precautions to protect both professionals and clients during installation.
- Attend safety training sessions to stay current on industry requirements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Autoelectric or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years Proven experience in installing and configuring GPS tracking devices.
- Strong understanding of autoelectric systems and their integration with GPS technology.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and customer service abilities.
