QUALIFICATIONS OF THE APPLICANT (GROUP)

• The group must be registered with Nyang’hwale District Council
• The group should have an Office recognized by the Council
• The group should have active members
• The group should have real estate trustees
• The group should have a bank account
• The group should be able to manage itself
• The group should be able to buy cleaning equipment, uniforms for cleaners (workers) as well as tools to protect themselves when cleaning
