NAMES Called for Interview Benjamin Mkapa Hospital (BHM) Call for interviews. The Benjamin Mkapa Hospital is established under the Government Notice No.453 of 2015 which was gazette by the government on 16th October, 2015 after its inauguration on 13th October, 2015. The establishment of this hospital emanates from the intention of 4th term President of United Republic of Tanzania Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete to have a hi-tech and modern diagnostic treatment center in Tanzania by 2015 aiming at reducing government burden resulting from referring patients abroad. The hospital has 400 bed capacity that serve both in and out patient from within and outside the country. At this moment the hospital provides a broad range of health services including Emergency medicine, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Imaging (Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computerized Tomography Scan (CT scan), Mammography, X-ray, Ultrasound, angiography, Cath-lab, Laboratory services, surgical Services and radiotherapy services.

On behalf of Benjamin Mkapa Hospital, the Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat would like to notify all job applicants that their interview is scheduled for January 22, 2024, and that job centers will be assigned to those who pass the interview. They must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • The interview will commence on the date indicated in this notification; each Cadre will receive specific instructions regarding the time and location of the interview.
  • Each interviewee needs to wear a mask when they arrive at the interview location.
  • Each respondent needs to have a form of identification;
  • The following IDs are accepted: passports, voter IDs, resident IDs, employment IDs, and citizenship IDs.
  • Depending on the applicant’s qualifications, the interviewees must present their ACTUAL certificates, which should begin with their birth certificate and go through Form IV, VI, diploma, higher diploma, and degree.
    Interviewees who provide testimonials, provisional results, a statement of results, or results slips for forms IV and VI (or form V and VI) will not be accepted and will not be permitted to proceed with the interview.
  • All interviewees will cover their own lodging, meals, and travel expenses.
  • Every interviewee needs to write down the time, date, and location of his arranged interview.
  • Applicants who completed their education outside of Tanzania should confirm that the appropriate authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA) have reviewed and accepted their certificates.
  • Job seekers who are not listed in this posting should be aware that they do not fit the requirements. As a result, if you meet the qualifications of the applicable announcement, don’t be afraid to apply again when the job openings are released.
  • Cramers should present their original registration certificates and work licenses if they are needed to be registered with their professional boards.
