Vacancy: Marketing and Sales Engineer 

Responsibilities: 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: 

• Creating and putting into practice winning marketing and sales plans in order to meet and surpass goals.
• Locating and creating new company prospects in the field of solar energy that is renewable.
• Establishing and preserving solid connections with partners, stakeholders, and clients.
• Carrying out market research to keep up with developments in the sector and the actions of rival companies.
• Help clients with product knowledge and technical know-how.• Working together to develop persuasive sales collateral with the marketing team.
• Keeping up with changes in industry laws and solar technology. creating and delivering sales reports to management on a weekly and monthly basis.

Qualifications: 

The ideal candidate should possess: 

• A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or a similar degree with a focus on sales and business marketing.
• Demonstrated expertise and track record in the sales of solar products.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication in both Swahili and English.
• Persuasiveness and closing abilities.
• Thorough understanding of solar energy goods and services.
• Knowledge of industry norms and rules.
• Must be able to work quickly, independently, and correctly, and possess a spirit of teamwork with little supervision.
• Must have an optimistic outlook and a cooperative mentality Availability to travel domestically and internationally as needed The job is headquartered in Dar es Salaam. Meetings with clients, conferences, and other business-related events may need travel.
