JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in joinery or a related field, proficiency in using woodworking machinery, and the ability to lead a team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Degree in joinery or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Joinery specialist
- Proficiency in wood joinery techniques, including the ability to create and assemble joints for furniture.
- Experience in using woodworking machinery for joinery work.
- Knowledge of clamping techniques for wood assembly.
- Ability to operate and maintain woodworking machinery, including ternary machines.
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage a team.
- Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Create and assemble wood joints for furniture according to design specifications.
- Operate woodworking machinery to cut, shape, and assemble wooden components.
- Use clamping techniques to ensure proper alignment and assembly of wood pieces.
- Maintain and repair woodworking machinery as needed.
- Lead and supervise a team of joinery workers to ensure efficient production and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management in English.
