JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and create furniture blueprints using software such as AutoCAD, ArchCAD, and SketchUp.
- Produce comprehensive 2D and 3D drawings for visualization purposes utilizing tools like 3ds Max, Lumion, and SketchUp.
- Generate accurate and detailed technical drawings with AutoCAD and ArchCAD, including dimensions, materials, and assembly instructions.
- Research and recommend materials and attachments for furniture, considering both health and aesthetic criteria.
- Ensure quality standards are met by conducting regular inspections and collaborating with production teams.
- Liaise with clients to identify their unique requirements and provide design proposals.
- Collaborate closely with other professionals such as engineers and interior designers to ensure project coherence.
- Update and maintain design documentation using computer software.
- And other tasks that will be assigned by the office.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Arch CAD, 3ds Max, Lumion 12.5, CET, CAP, SKETCH PRO, and Adobe.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of furniture drawing in Arch CAD, Sketch Pro, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CAP 2020 & CET specification software.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in furniture drawing.
