Responsibilities
- Subsequently shipping machines from Tanzania to China.
- Check the relevant machines that need to be delivered to the bonded warehouse and cleared before being distributed to clients by following up with the clearing business.
- To draft the “outgoing order” and “inbound order” and deliver them to appropriate colleagues.
- Manages the paperwork for the shipments, such as the dispatch and insurance documents.
- To finish related tasks from the office.
- Verify that the shipment complies with the information on hazardous shipping compliance.
- He records information about routing.
- Confirmation that the usage are authorized under license.
- Establishing logistics to monitor modifications and guarantee product delivery.

Requirements and qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in freight management, clearing and forwarding, and related subjects.
- One year of experience in the heavy machinery manufacturing industry
- Strong grasp of clear logic and solid laptop/computer experience
- Both patience and attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities in both Kiswahili and English.
- Proficiency with Excel and additional Microsoft software and hardware
