Job Description:

We are seeking 4 motivated and experienced Sales Agronomists to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of agronomy principles and a strong background in sales, particularly in the agricultural sector.

As a Sales Agronomist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting edge drip irrigation products to farmers, providing them with tailored solutions to improve crop yield and water efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share for drip irrigation products.
  • Identify potential customers (farmers, agricultural cooperatives, etc.) and
  • establish strong relationships to understand their specific needs and challenges. • Provide expert advice and technical support to clients regarding the selection, installation, and maintenance of drip irrigation systems.
  • Conduct on-site visits and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and effectiveness of our products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new agricultural technologies to enhance product knowledge and sales pitches.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field. Diploma in related field can be considered.
  • Proven track record in agricultural sales, A plus if you have experience in selling or knowledge of irrigation systems.
  • Strong understanding of agronomic practices, crop management, and irrigation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with farmers and understand their requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Age between 25-35 years old
  • Valid motorbike license
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
