JOB PURPOSE

To maintain a clean and hygienic workplace for the HR and Administration team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized office environment within the Human Resources and Administration department.
• Regularly sanitize and disinfect surfaces, desks, tables, and common areas to ensure a hygienic work environment.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of trash in designated areas following established waste disposal procedures.
• Ensure recycling practices are adhered to when applicable.
• Use appropriate cleaning agents to maintain the cleanliness of different types of flooring.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Restock necessary supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Clean windows and glass surfaces to maintain a clear and presentable appearance.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms by arranging chairs, tables, and necessary equipment as requested by the HR and Administration team.
• Work collaboratively with HR and Administration personnel to address specific cleaning needs and priorities.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during cleaning tasks.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the office administrator.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and mops.
• Report any malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in commercial or office cleaning is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and safety procedures.

• Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting
