In April, 2023, the President’s Office – TAMISEMI received approval for the employment of 8,070 employees of various Health cadres. Positions that received enough applicants and led to the retention of some qualified applicants in OR TAMISEMI data, due to applications exceeding the number of approvals.

The Office of the President, Regional Administrations and Local Governments (OR – TAMISEMI) in collaboration with the Ministry of Health has successfully used the data of qualified applicants who had remained in the system and arranged work centers for 275 employees in various councils. It should be understood that these jobs are contractual between the relevant Council and the relevant specialist.

This agreement will be managed by OR TAMISEMI during the implementation of the Investment Program in Mother and Child Health i.e. Tanzania Martenity and Child Health Investment program (TMCHIP) funded by the World Bank. Salary payment costs will be based on Government employment procedures.

All applicants who got a chance must follow the following instructions:-

  • i) Within fourteen (14) days of the date of this announcement, to report to the designated work centers. Additionally, jobs held by applicants who do not report to the job centers within fourteen (14) days will be filled as quickly as feasible by other applicants.
  • ii) Submitting authentic Form Four, Form Six, University, NACTE, and academic council registration certificates for verification by the employer prior to receiving an employment letter.
  • iii) Applications seeking employment that report without presenting their authentic Form Four, Form Six, University, NACTE, and academic council registration certificates will not be accepted.
  • iv) Those who were offered jobs are advised that they will not be able to switch the work centers to which they were allocated.

It is important for all applicants whose names are not on this notice to understand that they were not given a chance, therefore please do not hesitate to apply again when the positions are posted.
