Debt Collector Duties:
- Perform normal collection efforts in accordance with established guidelines, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain contact with overdue customers and accounts.
- Collaborate closely with management to discover and create collection-boosting techniques.
- Customer complaints should be followed up on.
- As needed, prepare reports and other documents.
Debt Collector Responsibilities:
- Work over the phone with customers to resolve account issues and close outstanding accounts.

Requirements And Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in the sciences, mathematics, or business, or a comparable combination of education and experience is required.
- 2+ years of proven debt collection experience
- Strong collecting and accounting concepts knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of banking operations and fundamental accounting principles
- Strong organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
